The Big Task

You will diagnose and repair plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions while providing top-of-the-line customer service.

Proficiency with hand and power tools specific to the plumbing trade
Installing and servicing pipes, including joints, valves, drains, and fixtures in all types of structures
Responding to plumbing emergencies, troubleshooting the issue, and performing the repair (example: Fixing toilets, faucets, etc.)
Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection for the first time.

Key Sub Tasks

Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out.
Keep your truck inventory up to date.
Properly complete jobs utilizing your company supplied tablet.
Join the on-call rotation.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Have and maintain a clean driving record.
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
